now i dont think i ever finished my tokyo rant did i? its a little water damaged after the last 3 to 4 weeks but i'll try and get the main points.

well, the powers of the hyogo board of education sent 100 gaijin teachers to an education centre / bootcamp in yashiro - a country-ish town in the middle of hyogo-ken. many bland lectures, some useful information, an encyclopedia of stupid questions and one litre cans of beer from vending machines. the liver taking a few days off, so ive time to post this...
